Boarding Facilities

Dunham Woods Farms is situated on 20+ acres of equestrian friendly property on the West side of Elgin, with plenty of room for lessons, training, practice rides, grazing and more. Our staff provides the highest level of quality horse care for their clients and horses in our clean, well kept barn. We offer basic to full care boarding options as well as short and long- term customized programs at competitive rates. Please call or email us today to discuss these rates  and stall availability.

Basic Care Board

• All horses are given a freshly bedded, rubber matted stall. • Nutrena Triumph 12% Pro Pellet 2xday • High quality alfalfa/grass hay, some grown on farm • M-Sat stall cleaning and fresh shavings as needed • M-F turnout (weather permitting) • Daily basic supplement administration (client supplied)

Full Service Board

Tailored to meet the needs of owner and horse, full care board is ideal. • Full Service packages include all noted in basic board, plus blanket service, exercise and training rides and more. • We will discuss with you what program best suits yourself and your horse! • Please ask about our Training & Exercise packages!

Facility Ammeneties

• 38 generously sized box stalls, matted • Private climate controlled clubroom with free WiFi • 16 Large grass paddocks for individual turn out • 3 All weather dry lot paddocks • 65’x150’ well-lit indoor arena with rubber cushion footing & show quality jumps • 100’x180’ sand riding arena with new footing & horse show quality jumps • 10+ acre field for riding, with show quality jumps • Quality hay and grain fed 2x day • Client supplied meds/supplements administered daily • Heated indoor washrack • Outdoor wash racks • Plenty of space for grazing • Matted groom stalls and much more!
